1) Why should I join Amy's Boot Camp?

Amy’s Boot Camp is for those who want to lose body weight, body fat, and get toned in a fun atmosphere. This boot camp ensures that neither you nor your body is bored of redundancy. The objective of this boot camp is quite impressive. It strives to motivate people to achieve their fitness and health goals in a fun and easy way. The environment is conducive to create a combination of cardio and toning sessions. Each boot camp will be different and so your muscles will have to work harder.

Amy's Boot Camp also focuses on flexibility and strength training. You can also receive help with dietary analysis and help with meal plans to keep your fitness levels in their best form. Amy’s Boot Camp builds relationships through fun and motivation. They offer a supportive and relaxed environment so you do not feel the pressure of performing under strict trainers. There is no screaming or yelling just encouragement.

2) Is Amy's Boot Camp a competitive workout?

Amy’s Boot Camp is a noncompetitive workout tailored towards all fitness levels. Amy’s Boot Camp is for those wanting to lose weight in a low stress atmosphere where you will not feel pressure if you are out of shape; the intensity of the work out is up to you. You will be able to make the workouts as hard or as easy as you want. Amy will be there to motivate you and help you reach your fitness goals.

3) How much does it cost per month?

Amy's Boot Camp is a flat fee of $50 per month. $50 per month allows you the option of going to Amy's Boot Camp as much or as little as you want (i.e. you can go every day classes are held, once a week, twice a week, etc....you decide!)

4) How many classes are offered per month?

Amy's Boot Camp is a small, family business run by Amy. The $50 per month fee gets you a minimum of 8 scheduled classes available for you to attend. You are only promised 8 scheduled classes per month because there will be months (i.e. Summer, Christmas, etc) where Amy will be out of town or busy with family, so classes will not be offered during those times. Although only 8 scheduled classes per month are promised, realistically, most months will have around 20 classes for you to choose from, and the flat rate $50 fee allows you to attend as many or as few classes as you want.

5) What do I need to get started?

You should always get your Doctor’s approval before beginning a new workout.  I recommend that you bring hand weights. If you have been lifting you should bring 5's and 8's, or 5's and 10's. If you have not been lifting you should bring 3's and 5's.  You can come with only 5's and try a couple of workouts to determine what weights will work best for you.   I recommend a thicker mat but if you have a yoga mat that will work or even a beach towel.  I have the Harbinger non-slip double -sided and it works great. You also need to bring an exercise ball 55 to 65 cm, towel, and water bottle.  If you do not have all the equipment do not worry we can share.  Wear comfortable clothing and running shoes.

6) What methods of payment are accepted?

Credit card via Paypal.com is the only method of payment accepted. When you sign up to Amy's boot Camp, your credit card will be billed automatically once per month.

7) Are there any sign up or cancellation fees?

There are no sign up or cancellation fees.

8) How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime by emailing amysbootcamp@gmail.com and request that your credit card not be billed any further. There are no refunds for payments already made; therefore, after communicating that you would like to cancel, you will still have an active membership through the last date of the current billing cycle (ie. 30 days from the last day your credit card was charged).
